Beacon is operated by Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited as a private internal system. This notice describes how Beacon handles information from authorised users and approved agents.

What Beacon processes

Beacon processes approved account identity details, access and security evidence, workspace memberships, intentions, initiatives, work items, updates, decisions, and audit records necessary to operate the private work system. It may also process attributed agent activity within an approved workspace.

Why

Information is used to authenticate authorised principals, protect the system, preserve organisational context, support accountable work, and investigate security or operational incidents. Beacon does not sell personal information, run advertising, or use behavioural profiling.

Access and sharing

Information is visible only to people and agents with server-authorised scope. Access is not organisation-wide by default. Manaspurti may use Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure to provide authenticated, protected storage and execution; access to such infrastructure is limited to authorised operators.

Retention and deletion

Beacon retains operational records only for as long as required for the approved internal purpose, security, accountability, and applicable legal obligations. Retention schedules, export, deletion, and archival controls are governed through recorded company decisions; no client can independently delete authoritative audit evidence.

Security

Beacon uses verified email, TOTP, scoped membership, Firebase App Check, server-side authorisation, deny-by-default database rules, and audit controls. No security system can promise absolute safety; suspected issues should be reported to admin@manaspurti.com.
