Beacon is a private Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited service for approved internal people and scoped agents. It is not offered for public registration or customer project management.

Authorised use

You may use Beacon only through an approved account, within the workspace scope and role assigned to you. You must protect your password and authenticator, use accurate attribution, and follow applicable company policies and law.

Security duties

Do not share accounts, invite unapproved parties, bypass access controls, expose a token or authenticator code, probe other users’ data, or use an agent outside its approved identity and capability. Report a suspected compromise immediately to a super-admin or admin@manaspurti.com.

Work records

Beacon preserves intentions, decisions, and evidence to make organisational context recoverable. Contributions must be lawful, relevant to the workspace, and respectful of confidentiality. Do not place credentials, payment-card data, unnecessary personal data, or regulated sensitive data in a work record.

Access changes

Manaspurti may grant, reduce, suspend, or revoke access to protect the organisation, its people, or its information. Beacon’s founder-control mechanism may temporarily contain all access during a security incident.

Service status

Beacon is an internal operational tool and may change as Manaspurti improves its systems. The service is provided for approved internal use; users should not rely on it as the sole storage location for matters that require an independently mandated record or retention system.
